10.2.4.5. The room for processing and canning freshwater products prescribed in subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 10.2.4.1 must contain:(1) a pressure cooker or a boiler equipped with a hood, where required by the operations;
(2) a sealer;
(3) an autoclave with a thermograph, a thermometer, a manometer and a chronometer in good working order.
